We're going to have four people demonstrating and three or four people assisting. If you don't want someone manhandling you, just say no. All right.

In case you didn't have a good one. It's possible to fix everything. So, we'll do a mantra.

This lady is going to do a mantra. She has one sound for each chakra. Hurry up.

So, see [?] that comfortable, cross-legged position. And then, while we make the sound, it'll be Kirtan sound. So, I'll make the sound and you'll make the sound back.

And then you'll be focusing on your chakras. The first sound is at the Mooladhara chakra, which is in the groin. The chakra is about an inch inside where your legs meet.

Think of it like that. So, put your mind there. And then just follow what I say.

I'll sing first and you'll sing.

So, that mantra represents the beginning of the universe. And it's just empty space, there's nothing there yet. The creation of the universe, the beginning of the universe, Shang.

The next one is at the chakra inside your tailbone. Okay, top of your tailbone. Now do this with me.

This represents the cosmic wind, the element of wind, so we have the element of space first, empty space, now we have the element of wind in the first cyclone shape of wind, cosmic wind moving in the universe, like you see those pictures of galaxies like pinwheels, and think of wind, cosmic wind turning, the first motion in the universe has come, in Now you move on to the navel chakra where we see Ram, Ram, Ram, Ram, Ram, Ram, Ram,

The first rains fell and those planets were covered with oceans. Su stands for the mountain Sumeru. The first high mountain that formed out of the base of the earth.

It came from the stone of the earth and rose up through the oceans and then became the highest mountain in the world and life began to form on that dry land. So Su represents the first formation of dry land in the world. At the heart, at the throat.

At the top of that highest mountain that rose up out of the oceans is a lotus flower Well, it says about 10 feet wide, a beautiful huge rose flower, like a light blue, and then in the center of that flower is sitting an angel made of light, an angel with a body made of light. That angel is you. After you finish this practice, after you open the chakras, you will be sitting over the entire world and helping all of the beings in that planet.

So, at the end, at the star [?] chakra, at the top of the head, tip of the head, imagine the angel sitting on the highest mountain, overlooking the world, helping every living being there. I just sing a little bit. Om.
