[Geshe Michael Roach] Please sit up straight, close your eyes. Fidget, fidget, desperately for 30 seconds. Fidget, fidget, fidget. Yeah, good, good, now stop. Come to your breath, please come to your breath. And please bring to mind the last time you felt overwhelmed by being too busy. You had too many things to do. It happened to me yesterday. I actually got sick, physically sick. Threw up from being too many pressures and too much to do. So, when was the last time you felt like you were so busy and so much to do that it was almost unbearable? Too many things. When was the last time? Please make a mental list of all the things you had to do at that time that were overwhelming you. How many items on the list? Count them. Responsibility, promises, engagements, duties, commitments. In a single day, too many. List them. Keep count. Then please come back to your breath. And then when you're ready, open your eyes.
