So I used to study in Varanasi, in India, and my Sanskrit teacher told me, every day you have to wake up early, before dawn, go to the Ganges River, and you should put your head under the water.

Then, when I first went to Varanasi, I had a white shirt on, and after a few hours it was all black, completely black. Then I told somebody, oh, the pollution here is very bad. They said, yes, it's true, the pollution is very bad.

But that black is not pollution. And I said, what is it? They said, this is dead bodies.

If you die in India, you are supposed to burn the body in Varanasi. Then they will throw the body into the river. Then you know, you pay some guy like, I don't know, $100 to burn the body.

Of course, he will still have the money. He won't buy enough wood. Then the whole body doesn't burn.

Then you are supposed to throw the ashes into the river. But still they are not finished burning. So when you go in the morning to put your head under the water, sometimes you come up, somebody's arm is hanging.

It's really terrible. Then I have to go, even before that I have to go to the market to buy ... I like orange juice in the morning.

So, before you go to the Ganga, you have to go buy the oranges. Because by six o'clock, all of the oranges are sold. So I go to buy a few oranges.

You have to fight with the orange seller. He's one very short man. Very fat.

He doesn't wear a shirt. So he has like Ganesh belly. And he wears only dhoti?

It looks like a towel. Very funny man. And he will fight for one cent on the oranges.

So I go, before dawn, buy the oranges. Then come home. Go do Ganges.

Put my head under the water. Then the guru said, now you have to go to the temple. It's one kind of Kali.

One form of Kali. It's called Mahishasura. So I have to go to Mahishasura temple.

Then have to meditate for, I don't know, like an hour. Then I go there, I close my eyes. I'm sitting in a puddle of dirty water.

And close my eyes. Then you can hear people coming and going. They do puja.

They call that thing with the light. Arati. Yeah, they do arati.

Then sometimes I can hear one person is singing. Beautiful song. Then by the time my meditation is finished, they are gone.

Then every morning I can hear this song. And it's so beautiful. Then in my mind I'm making a picture of the singer.

She'd be a beautiful Indian lady. She has long hair. And sari, beautiful sari.

And she is very devoting. She is making the fire arati. Over and over I heard this song.

We will play it now. I stole the song. Then one day I thought, I have to see her.

Then you know when you are meditating you can go like that. So I'm meditating, but I went like that. Then I saw the singer.

Small fat man. The orange seller. He sings like a girl.

I was very disappointed. I was very disappointed. This is the song.

[Speaker 2]
Beautiful. Beautiful.

[Speaker 1]
I will sing once, then you sing back, ok?

[Speaker 2]
First of all, it is an honor that Geshe Michael is back. It is an honor, it is a unique opportunity that he is here. We have a phenomenal luck, a phenomenal karma.

For those who do not know, today is this event. Tomorrow, Wednesday the 18th and Thursday the 19th at 18.30 in Sheraton, there is a talk, Super Potencia Tu Exito, which is highly recommended. For those who do not know, it is very interesting.

And for those who go to the retreat, it is recommended to go. It is very important for those who are going to the retreat. You can go to the Sheraton talk, even if it is one, because it is the basis of the things that are going to be discussed in the retreat.

So please, if you know, if you are not registered, please go. And if you know of people who may be interested, please tell them. And the retreat, for those who do not know, is in San Seferino, from Friday at six in the afternoon to Sunday at approximately five in the afternoon.

There are still places, so you can still register. One of the few, because I think most of you here know Geishe Michael, you have seen many of his talks. Geishe Michael was born in the United States, studied at Princeton, received honors, received a medal from the President of the United States, and then began to study Buddhism.

He is the first Westerner to receive the Geishe title, which is the highest level in Buddhism. For that he had to, he was asked questions for three weeks, more than a thousand monks, I do not remember how many were in his monastery. He studied directly with Kenry Poche, who was his master, a Tibetan monk, who are from the monastery of Seramei.

Within the orders of his master, he sent him to work in a business company and he was one of those who taught, sorry, contributed to the founding of Andean International, which is a diamond company, where it was very successful and there he worked for 17 years. And from there, from that experience, without knowing anything about diamonds, from that experience comes the Diamond Carver, where he tells how he applies the Buddhist philosophy for the diamond business. The most transcendent, this is very interesting, but the most transcendent is that he teaches how to apply spirituality every day, transcending any religion, and in a very practical way, the methods are very concrete, and this is what transcends, the way of explaining, because being Western, he understood the Tibetan message and he translates it not only in our language, but in a very applicable way.

That is why I highly recommend that you go to the talks of Sheraton and Retiro if you can. Thank you. First of all, thank you to Bekind for lending us this place, and thank you all for coming, and then we will talk about all those who organized it.

[Speaker 1]
And Thomas, and Paz, and everyone else for working so hard. You can move up. You can move over here.

Make more space. So it took me 25 years to finish the course of study. The examination was three weeks, in Tibetan language, in public, 1,000 monks.

Each monk asked a question. Like this. Then when you finish, you get this big yellow hat.

Then you're supposed to relax for the rest of your life. Drink tea. Teach the kids.

Then I was relaxing in my room. Then the abbot called me. Oh, you're the first Westerner to graduate from our university.

In 600 years. So you have special extra examination. You must start a business in New York.

Make a million dollars in one year. We will give the money to the refugees. But we want to see if you can control the future.

Because we trained you how to change the future. It's like that movie, The Matrix. At the end, he understands the world is a computer program.

Then somebody shoots a gun at him. And he's like ... Then that bullet just falls down.

He knows how to change the future of the computer program. So they taught me in the monastery how to change the future. Then they said, we want to test you.

You go to New York. I said, I don't like New York. You start a business.

I hate business. You should sell diamonds business. Make a diamond business.

That's the worst business. Then they forced me. Then we made a business.

It reached now 10,000 workers. And 250 million dollars per year. Then people asked me to come to many countries.

Teach us how to. Then I like, I enjoy to travel. I enjoy meeting many new people.

I enjoy Carola and all of her students and her husband. So I go to many countries. Then I was in China.

There was a big meeting of business people. What's he saying? Then, we were half way through the program.

Then one lady raised her hand. Geshe-la. They call, Gusu Maku.

Gusu Maku. Why? Then, I have enough money.

I don't need to change the future for money. But, is it possible to fix my husband? Then, one guy, he goes like that.

Is it possible to fix your wife? Then they start fighting. Then I said, yeah, I think you can do.

You can change future. Then, next time I went to China, I spoke about relationships. One thousand people came.

Then, in the many years, people have asked me many, many questions about their relationships. Thousands of questions. Then, I thought in Buenos Aires.

We can talk about the six big questions. So tonight, we will just do six questions. From all over the world, people are asking these six.

Then I wrote it down for you. Then we will play music between. Page one.

Is it possible to have a perfect relationship? Is it possible to have a perfect relationship? So, my experience with relationships, it started in the sixth grade.

Then you know, in the sixth grade, you're not supposed to talk to the girl, her friend will talk to you. So, first day I came to the class. Sixth grade.

Marsha Cooksey, Marsha Cooksey. She gives me a note under the desk. Then, you have to open like this.

You are looking at the teacher, but you have to look at her. It says, Paula Monday likes you. That's number one.

Then I look at Paula Monday. Yeah, that's good. Then, you're not supposed to talk much.

You keep giving notes to your friend, and they will give to her. Then after a few weeks, Marsha Cooksey, Paula Monday wants to go steady with you. It means you have to give her a ring.

She is your steady girlfriend. Then I'm very happy. But I don't have any money.

Then in my life, it's the one time I can remember stealing something. Stealing something. So, I went to my mother's purse.

Took out five dollars. I bought a ring for Paula Monday. Then, I sent a note to Marsha Cooksey.

Tell Paula Monday we will go steady. She should meet me at the football stadium, in the school, when nobody is there. Then I went to meet her.

Then, I'm afraid to sit next to her. She sat up here. I sat down two rows.

Then we are talking like this. I said, you want to go steady with me? Yes.

Then I brought a ring for you. Okay, give me the ring. Then I threw it to her.

Because I'm afraid to touch her. Then she put it on. Then I said, okay, now we're going steady.

Six weeks later, Marsha Cooksey Then, I try to open the note, but look at the teacher. Then something fell out. Almost to the teacher.

Teacher is looking. Everybody in the class is looking. Then, it's the ring.

Then the note says, she doesn't want to go steady with you anymore. Then everybody saw. That was my first experience with romance.

It got worse after that. Then, next year my parents split. And it was very, very difficult.

Then, I don't know, he moved to California. We are in Arizona. Then we're always asking them, when are you going to get back together?

And they never did. Then they both got cancer. Then father is dying.

Then I asked the father, why did you split with mama? He said, I love the mother more than anybody, but I cannot stay with her. Then I asked the mother, why did you split with the husband?

I love him more than anybody, but I cannot stay with him. Then they both died. Then, these are my first two perceptions of relationships.

Then I tried in high school and college, I tried to have relationships. It seems like they go up like this, and then they go down. You see somebody you like, then in the school you have to bump into them.

They should drop their books. Then you should say, oh, I'm so sorry. Pick up their books.

You want to go out with me on Friday? Then I tried a couple of times. See them.

Bump into them. Drop their books. Ask them to go out.

They say yes. You go out. Try to kiss her.

Then ... It always seems like a cycle. No matter what your age is, it seems the same.

So, question number one. Is it possible to have a relationship which doesn't collapse? Is it even possible?

If it's not possible, then we can just play music. But in the monastery, they trained us. It's possible.

But you have to understand the real cause below a relationship. Then you have to fix the relationship. And it's possible.

So tonight, we will talk about perfect relationships. Some people didn't find their soul partner yet. Some people found a partner, but they don't feel 100% they are perfect.

So tonight we will tell the people who don't have a partner, we will talk how to find them. Then the people who have a partner, but they want to upgrade the partner. To business class or first class.

We will talk about that. So six questions. But number one answer, it's possible.

If you understand the seeds in the mind, you can create a perfect partner. Or you can make your partner perfect. The system is very strange.

And we will talk about it. Tonight. Alright, page two.

Where should I look for my partner? Okay. Where should I look?

Nightclub. Police. So there is a story about this question.

One woman came to me, maybe five years ago. Her parents are Chinese. But she was born in America.

Then, her name is Jessica, maybe you know her. Yeah. So she came to me and she said, Geshe-la, I need more.

More. More. No?

Tibetan word, more. Secret, I'll tell you. Ah, I need more.

More means, you tell the future. Somebody has to make a choice. And they go to the Tibetan monk.

Will you give me more? More means, you take the dice, and you throw the dice. Then you look at the dice.

Then you can tell the future. If someone has to make a choice. So I don't much believe in the more.

But sometimes you have to be a good actor. Ah, you can help people. So I learned more from old Mongolians.

I lived with them for many years. They don't use dice. They don't?

Don't use dice. They cut the joint, this joint from sheep. And they cook it.

Then it's just the bone. And it's a cube. Then they scratch the number on the cube.

Then they get a human skull. Cut it. Then makes a cup.

Then they put the two sheep's big knuckle in the cup. Then you have to make a big show. Oh, money, big money, oh, money, big money, oh, money, big money, oh, money, big money.

Then, oh! Then you have to go, oh, oh! Then I said, what is the choice?

She said, I'm looking for boyfriend. You want me to do Mo about boyfriend? I'm a monk.

It's okay, you can do. Then what's the choice? Will I find him in the nightclub, or will I find him on the internet?

Okay, okay. Oh, money, big money, oh, money, big money, oh, oh! Internet.

Not on the internet. It's like, that's good, Geshe-la. I said, why?

The boy that you find on the internet, all day long he's on Facebook, he won't even talk to you. Internet. So that's good, I will find him in the nightclub?

No, not on nightclub. Oh, that's good.

[Speaker 2]
Why?

[Speaker 1]
The boy you find in the nightclub is the kind of boy who goes to a nightclub. Then he will sneak out to the nightclub. So, where will I find him?

See, that's the second question. Where should you look for partner? Where will you find them?

You know, if you are a spiritual person, then it's an important question. Where should I look for him? I want to find soul mate.

Then, where to go? Like, should I go to Be Kind Yoga Studio? But not many boys are doing yoga.

Then, she asked me, where should I go? I said, you have to go to a nursing home. Then she's very funny, she always goes like this.

You know, if you know her, one eyebrow goes up. Geshe-la, you don't understand. I want a young boy.

Then I said, no, no, you don't understand. Why do you want a boy? She said, I'm lonely.

She has a good job. She loves her job. And she makes a lot of money.

She graduated from Yale University. And she's very successful. And she has a big apartment.

But she feels lonely in the big apartment. She never found her soul partner. So I said, so you are lonely.

Then, don't look for your partner. Don't ask me where, where. Don't ask me.

Bad question. Don't look for your partner. Plant your partner.

Just plant him. Then relax. He will grow.

And you don't have to go looking in all the nightclubs and all the yoga studios. Plant him. See?

Relax. You don't have to go anywhere. He will come.

Then of course she said, how do you plant a boyfriend? Then I said, how do you make money? How do you plant money in the diamond cutter system?

Oh, you must help the other person to make money. How do you plant good health, strong body? To plant that seed in your mind you must go to the hospital help the sick people.

Yoga is interesting. In Buddhism we say yoga doesn't work. Some people come to the yoga class they feel young, strong.

Some people come to the same class they hurt their neck. In New York, I always go to different yoga centers to do my yoga. Then I look at, oh, what today, what yoga do they have?

I said, here's one kind of yoga it's supposed to start now, it's called restorative yoga. Then I asked the teacher, what does it mean, restorative yoga? Oh, this is the yoga for the people who hurt themselves doing yoga.

It's true, it's true. Then I said, this is a great business. You charge them for yoga classes then you hurt them.

Then you charge them again to fix it. We say yoga doesn't work. If you have a seed in your mind, you will get strong.

If you have a bad seed in your mind, in the same class, you will hurt your neck. Then, how to plant a seed for a yoga class? Before you come to the yoga class, go to the hospital.

Visit some sick person. This puts a yoga seed in your mind. Then you come to the class and you feel younger.

So, what is the seed for a boyfriend? I told her, you go to the nursing home. Take care of old persons.

Then she said, I don't have time Geshe-la. I said, go once every two weeks. One hour.

Why? Small seed makes a big tree. That's good luck.

You can go just one hour every two weeks. Visit the old person. It will put a seed in your mind.

Then when that seed opens, I'll tell you something amazing. How does karmic seed open in your mind? It will open in the subconscious.

A small picture will come out of the karmic seed. That picture is made of light. It's luminous.

And it's this big. So, if you help the old person in the nursing home, you will plant a seed. And it will open as a boy.

He's only this big. So, she went to Los Angeles. She's an architect, but she also teaches yoga.

Then, of course, she was helping an old lady. She's very strange. She always does what I tell her to do.

Then she went to the nursing home. Then, of course, she's always waiting for the boy to come. She went to the yoga class in Los Angeles.

She's supposed to teach the class. She's always looking. Then she thought, oh, he's not come to this class.

Then she started the class. One boy came late. He came in the door.

Opened the door. Ah! Then he's also, ah!

Two ahs! Then, that seed, in that moment, it opened from helping the old woman the seed opened. The boy is this big.

He comes out of the mind and it gets bigger. And then you see a boy. Then she called me.

I found him. I said, you didn't find him, you planted him. Then she's like very happy.

Then after six months, they asked me to come to New York. They need a monk because they need a wedding. They got married and they're very happy.

So, don't ask, it's a bad question. Question number two is a bad question. Where should I look?

Should I look in the nightclub? Should I look in the yoga class? Should I look on the internet?

Bad question. Don't look for something. Also don't look for a job.

Don't look for money. Just plant it. Then relax.

He will come because he's coming from you. It's a very beautiful system. It's a definite he has to come.

You don't have to guess maybe he will come, maybe he won't come. He must come. Just plant it.

Then relax. Okay, we play some more music, okay? Alright, come on kids.

I'd like to introduce the musicians. The song. It's called

[Speaker 2]
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim

[Speaker 1]
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim Muhammadan Rasool Allah Allah What should I look for in a partner? Then I'm a monk.

Then you think I'm going to say, don't worry if he's not rich. Don't worry if he's not good looking. Just look for a nice person.

I'm not going to say that. I think you should have everything. Rich.

Handsome. Sensitive. Intelligent.

Loyal. Spiritual. Everything.

I don't think you should make choices. If you are looking for a boy, then you can look for a boy who is loyal, or you can look for a boy who is rich. You can make choices.

Then you know, you know the choices. You know what the choices are. Oh, I met a boy.

He's good looking, but a little bit stupid. Then he has money, but not sensitive. Then you always are making choices.

Do you see the boyfriend you want? 75%. Then should I look for 80% or should I take 75%?

You know the question. In this system, diamond cutter system, which we will talk about for the next two nights, we will talk about the diamond cutter system. You don't look for a boy, and you don't choose this boy has these two good things, but three bad things like that.

Just plant what you want. If you visit the lonely person, the boy will come, but now we have to make him exact what you want. Personally, for a relationship, I would like someone who is loyal.

I don't have to worry they are running around with some other person. Then I would like, just for example, someone who is loyal. So how to plant a loyal boy?

For the boy, you should go to the nursing home. For the loyal, you must plant a different seed. You must plant the loyal seed.

How to do? Then most of us have jobs, right? Then maybe we like our job, maybe we don't like our job.

But when I was about 18, I had a very hard job building houses. Then I'm too stupid to build, I have to carry everything. Then lumber, and all of that equipment.

I'm like a burro. Then one day the cement truck came. Then 60 pounds, how many kilos?

30 kilos bag? 40 kilos bag of cement. I have to carry 100 of them.

Then somebody put some stupid thing on the bag. If you work for somebody, be loyal to them. Then I remembered that cement bag.

It means, whether you like the job or you don't like the job, give the boss your respect. Be loyal to them. That will plant the loyal seed.

Then when you come home, the boy will be loyal. So that's a different seed. Does it mean if you find a better job, you can't quit?

It doesn't mean that. If you find a better job, you can go to the boss, you can say, I respect you, I thank you, and I found a better job. How long do you want me to stay?

My last boss, he told me six months. Then I stayed six weeks, just to help him. Then you should be loyal.

Then the boy will be loyal. Then I gave this talk in Norway, in Oslo, and one guy raised his hand. My girlfriend, she's smart, sensitive, good looking, but she's not affectionate.

I come home from my job, I'm like, I'm home! Then she's like, hello! She's typing on her computer.

I never get a kiss. Then he said, I understand your system. If I want a lot of kisses, I should give a lot of kisses.

So I have a plan. I will go to the, it's called the Grand Hotel in Oslo. It's the best restaurant.

I will go to the Grand Hotel on Saturday night. I will kiss every lady there to plant a seed. I said, oh, I think you will get some problems.

Then I said, you know the tree is very big, but the seed is very small. If you want a super affectionate boyfriend, you can just plant a small seed. Then she said, how to plant a small seed?

I said, just smile at people. When you see people in Buenos Aires, in the store, walking, in the Starbucks, just smile. Say, hi, how are you?

Just when you are passing somebody, hi, how are you? And you never see them again. But be, give friendship to everybody.

It doesn't cost anything. It's not difficult. If you understand the prana, and sushumna, and ida, and pingala, nadi, when you smile, it opens the channels here.

Then it's very good practice. Why don't people smile with their stomachs? They smile with the face.

Why? Ida and pingala are here. These inner channels.

And when you smile, it relaxes them. Then the prana flows. So smile is very healthy.

Smile at the people on the street. When you come home, then you will get hundred kisses. Okay?

I was in Zurich two weeks ago. We were giving a program for investment bankers. And we are staying, staying at one lady's house.

She has a very beautiful son and daughter. Then the son sat down. I think, how old is he, the boy?

Six? Six years old. We sat down for dinner.

Then he grabbed his mother's arm. He said, watch me. I'm going to kiss her arm off.

Then he said, I'm also a good hugger. So if you give affection to other people, that seed will come out of your mind. Your husband like that.

It's only this big. And then it comes out of your mind. And you can change your husband.

So anything you want, loyal, affection, passionate, you can make. You just plant it. No fighting.

No arguing. They don't even have to know you are changing them. You just plant the seed.

They don't have a choice. Good system. Okay, page four.

How do I keep my partner? So, when my friend Jessica got married, I went to do the wedding ceremony. Then a lot of people came.

Lama Kimberly, Lama Marut. We all had dinner together. Then I took them in the other room.

Stefan and Jessica. Sit down. Then they're like, what's wrong?

I said, where's the old lady? How's the old lady? Then Jessica's like ...

I was very busy. I had to pick out the wedding dress, send out the invitations, order the catering, the food. Then I said, how long has it been since you saw her?

Maybe a month, maybe a little bit more. Then I said, you are crazy. You have to plant the seed.

She said, I already planted the seed. I got it. I got the boy.

So I said, now you're going to dump the old lady? Yeah, I don't need the old lady. Then I said, oh, that's a mistake.

When the tree grows from the seed, what happens to the seed?

[Speaker 2]
It's gone.

[Speaker 1]
The growing of the tree kills the seed. The birth of the baby causes the death of the old man. Meeting Stephan, it kills the relationship.

The day that you meet him, the relationship begins to die, because the seed is being used up. To produce that little boyfriend, it takes many seeds. Every hour that you are together, the seed is dying.

It costs many seeds to keep a boyfriend. So what do you do? You have to plant new seeds.

Then I took them both like this. You have to go together. Next week, meet the old lady.

Take care of her. Plant new seeds together for the rest of your life. If she passes away, you find a new one.

Then I have my old lady also. Twenty years. We came here yesterday.

We flew from Lima. Then the flight, we have to be at the airport at 11 o'clock or something. But we got up early.

We went to the store. We bought a nice alpaca sweater for the old lady. So when I travel, I always buy her something new.

Then I go home, go to her house. She's 85 years old. She was a friend of my mother.

Then I'm taking care of her for 20 years, because I want to keep planting seeds. How does the seed come back? I can't tell you.

No, then you can have a beautiful relationship. And you can keep it. Keep the relationship.

You won't lose it. So you have to keep planting these seeds. So we finished four questions.

Now we have to play a little bit more music, okay? We're going to play some jazz.

[Speaker 2]
Night and day You are the one Whether underneath the moon

[Speaker 1]
Or under the sun Whether near to me or far It's no matter darling where you are Because I think of you Night and day Night and day Why is it so That this longing for you Follows wherever I go In the roaring traffic boom In the silence of my lonely room I think of you Night and day

[Speaker 2]
Day and night Deep in the heart of me There's oh such a hunger A yearning, a burning desire And this moment it won't be through

[Speaker 1]
Till I spend my life in an old streetcar So you love me You are the one

[Speaker 2]
I tell you Tell you

[Speaker 1]
Day and night Whether the sun Whether near to me or far It's no matter darling where you are Because I think of you Night and day Van a hacer una... Y van a ver que pasa I see trees They are green Red roses too I watch them bloom For me and you And I think to myself What a wonderful world I hear babies cry I watch them grow They'll learn much more than I'll ever know But I think to myself What a wonderful world Night and day The colors of the rainbow Are so pretty in the sky And they're also on the faces Of the people passing by I see friends shaking hands Saying hi, how do you do But they're really saying I love you I see trees They are green Red roses too I watch them bloom For me and you And I think to myself What a wonderful world I see skies They are blue Clouds of white Bright precious days And dark sacred nights And I think to myself What a wonderful world Yes, I think to myself What a wonderful world Number five is mostly about people who already have a relationship. And often times after a few years they feel like there's no excitement anymore.

You can see these people in the restaurant in the morning. The man is reading his newspaper. You can only see his hand come for the coffee.

He's not even looking at his wife. The wife is also texting somebody. And it seems like no more excitement in their lives.

There's no more passion between them. The lady will say he wrote me poetry at the beginning now he doesn't even talk to me. The man will say after she had a baby she doesn't want to have sex anymore.

Then, how to bring it back? How to bring the excitement back into marriage? You can do.

Don't fight with each other. Don't talk to each other. Why?

It doesn't work and you know that. Just plant the seed. So this system is very beautiful.

No more arguing. No more fighting all night. Just quietly plant the seed.

Then your partner will change. So how to bring excitement back to your relationship? As you walk through Buenos Aires, as you go to a restaurant, or you go to the grocery store, or you just drive in a car, watch.

Find people who love what they do. So, I was in a restaurant. They are making crepes.

And the guy is standing there all day. This is in Paris. The guy is standing there all day.

He's near Montmartre, if you've been there. And he is making these crepes. All day, he has to make them.

But he doesn't feel bored. He's like Then he has a stick, you know, and he's like You know, then he's like What do you want? What's that black stuff in Paris they sell?

Nutella. Yeah, yeah, Nutella. He's like, ah, Nutella corn cheese.

[Speaker 2]
Queso.

[Speaker 1]
You didn't have it before. I'll make for you, you know. Then he's like, voila!

You know? Then, I'm looking at him, and I think, oh, he has to stand here all day in the sun making crepes. But he loves his work.

He has passion. Then, usually when we meet someone who's very good at something, we are strange. I'm also very strange.

I get jealous. Someone tells me, oh, there's a good Western teacher, Buddhist teacher coming to Buenos Aires. Really?

Then they say, isn't that great? I'm like, yeah, great. You know, and I get jealous.

Then, usually when someone is very good at what they do, we feel jealous. Then this is a this is a bad seed, and it will kill your passion. So, jealousy kills passion.

So, how to plant a good seed? Two steps. First of all, take out the old jealousy seeds.

Why? Even if you plant a good seed, the old bad seed will slow it down. So, you have to take out the bad seeds.

There's a special system for taking out the bad seeds. It takes about two hours to teach you. Then, I don't have time.

So, I hired two other people. One is called Carola. One is called Tomas.

Then, after I leave, at the end of May, they're going to teach you how to take out the bad seeds. Will it be here? Here?

Yes. At the end of May. They gave me agreement.

So, all I have to tell you is plant a good seed. For passion. When you see someone who's very good at what they do, even crepes, then you say, you are fantastic.

You are so cool. In Germany they say, cool, cool. Then, just, you can say, and also, but most important, in your heart, in your mind, think, oh, you are cool.

You see anybody doing something with, you know, they are good at what they do, then you say, you are cool. Don't be jealous. Say, oh, you are cool.

Then, that plants a seed for passion. I'll tell you most of the spiritual things. To get high, beautiful things in your life, the seeds are fun.

They are not difficult. If you think you have to do yoga like this, it's wrong, okay? Should be.

Then, what makes you happy is also good karma. So, just be happy about other people. Oh, look at her dress, oh, fantastic.

Then, look at that guy's, then Hector, he teaches so good. when you think of other people's good things, you plant the seeds for passion. Then, your wife, in lingerie, this big, come out of the seeds, become person.

Then, your life is more exciting. Really, you can plant anything. No marriage is unchangeable.

No relationship is unchangeable. No company. Yeah, you can change anything.

Give me 25 years old, you can change it. You just have to know how to plant the seed. Then, Karola and Tomas, those people here in this studio, they can teach you.

Because there are many other things people want to plant. We don't have time tonight. Okay, last thing.

Last thing. Someone will ask me a question, maybe in China. This is step number six, okay?

Page number six. If you want romance, if you want love, if you want excitement, this is selfish. This is attachment.

This is desire. Then people say, it's like it's wrong to have fun. You know?

And then that's a ... many people will ask me this question. You said, how shall I find a boyfriend?

I should go to the nursing home. I should help some old person. It could also be a child who is lonely.

It could be somebody in your office at your job who is lonely. It doesn't matter. Be their friend.

This will plant the seed. Then people ask me a question, your system is a little bit selfish. You are making business.

Boyfriend business. I will help the old person if I can get a boyfriend. Then that becomes ...

that's not helping. This is ... this is selfish.

I will only help you if I can get something from you. Then it sounds like a problem. And it is a problem.

If you go to visit the old woman, and if you are only thinking, I want something, I want, I want. I don't love her. I don't care about her.

I'm using her. Then if your mind is like that, you will plant two different seeds. Number one, boyfriend.

He will come. He has to come from you. Second seed, he will be selfish.

And he will use you. Okay? It's true.

So you have to be very careful when you are planting the seed. Don't make mistake. So, how should I plant correctly?

When you go to visit the old lady, and you are talking to her, she is telling you for the hundredth time that she loves you. I forgot. Did I tell you about my boyfriend?

In 1943, in Buenos Aires, he was the most beautiful boyfriend in high school. Then, you have to pretend you never heard this story. Oh, tell me about it.

Then, when you are helping her, you should have a vision in your mind. Big vision. What's a vision?

The vision is if you succeed, if you plant a good seed, ah, you will meet the boy. Then, you created him. Then, you should call all of your friends on the telephone.

Let's go to dinner. Seven o'clock. Tell them the restaurant.

You should go half an hour late with the boy. Okay? Then, you come in with the boy.

Then, everybody is like, who's the boy? Three years, you couldn't find a boyfriend. Who's the guy?

Must be her cousin. Then, tell him to kiss you. Then, they are like, oh, he is a boyfriend.

Then, before you go to the restaurant, you should give the boy a lot of glasses of water. Why? After half an hour, he will say, I have to go to the bathroom.

Then, he will go to the bathroom. Then, all your friends. Which website?

Which nightclub? Where did you find him? Then, you should say, nursing home.

Then, they say, what nursing home? Then, you have to explain about the seeds. How to plant a boyfriend.

Then, it's true. Because you are successful, people will believe you and they will try. They say, look, she's impossible to find a boyfriend like that.

I'm also going to the nursing home. Then, your vision after three years in Buenos Aires, all the nursing homes, long lines, people are waiting. I have to see the old lady today.

She's busy. Come back next week. I think all the boys waiting in line and all the girls waiting in line, they will meet each other.

You should have this vision in your mind. I will start boyfriend revolution. Everybody will go to the nursing homes.

All the old people will be happy. They will have friends and all the young people will get boyfriends in the whole world. Lines in all the old people's homes.

That vision in Buddhism is called what? Bodhichitta. Everybody is om mani padme hum om mani padme hum I want bodhichitta, I want bodhichitta.

Love everybody. It's all just in the head. It's not real.

How to make it real? You must succeed yourself. Great boyfriend.

Great income. Great meditation. Great yoga.

Everything has a cause. Everything has a seed. How can you help the whole world?

You must be an example. How to be an example? Be happy.

Be successful. How? Plant the seeds.

[Speaker 2]
Relax.

[Speaker 1]
That's the best way to help the world. Be an example. I have a beautiful girlfriend.

I have 200 million dollars. 200 million dollars. I'm strong.

I can play jazz. How? Plant the seeds.

Just plant the seeds. And people will believe you. There's an old movie.

It's called Harry Met Sally. I didn't see the movie because I'm a monk. But I heard about it.

I call it my blackout period. 25 year blackout period. I didn't see any movies.

But I heard about this movie. Harry and Sally are having dinner in a restaurant. Then Sally starts to go ah, ah, ah.

I don't know why. She's like having an orgasm. Everybody in the restaurant is looking at her.

Then one little bit rich lady came in in a white suit with pearls, gold earrings, this hair, you know, and she sits down in this expensive restaurant. Then she's looking at Harry and Sally. Then the waiter came.

Excuse me. Here's the menu. What would you like?

I want what she's having. I want what she's having. It means if you make yourself a happy person, then other people will say I want what he's what he's doing, I want.

You don't have to go advertising, oh, become Buddhist, become yogi, you know. People don't care what you call it. If he's happy, they want that.

So learn how to plant what you want. We will stay for two four, five days? Yes.

Two talks and retreat. Come. If you can't pay, come early, I'll take you in.

Then don't come. Then learn how to plant the seed. Learn how to plant what you want.

If you succeed, people will watch you, people will copy you, and you will help the whole world. You will change the whole world. Then that's not selfish.

That's love. That's real love. Practical love.

Good night.
