Host: Welcome back everyone. How's your feeling now? We hope you enjoyed the meditation and had the refreshing break. And we are now continuing class seven with Arya's Diamond Way with Geshe Michael Roach. Please take a moment to settle in your place, have your notebook ready and open your mind to today's teaching with your own motivation.
And please enjoy the class and join me to welcome our dear teacher, Geshe Michael Roach. You can put some comments to express your feeling and also your love to our dear teachers. And I wish you have a good time today. Thank you.
Host (bilingual): Welcome our dear teacher, Geshe Michael Roach and teacher Stanley.
Geshe Michael Roach: Okay, here we go. Tech team, we're going to have a hard day, okay? We're starting with those DCI pictures, all right? Wang Xia caught me in the hallway along with six other people. Don't forget to announce this.
So I have four DCI programs to invite you to. This first one starts this month. And it's learning how to teach DCI. And this is our advanced series. We have an advanced series.
And you will learn how to teach it. I think when you learn how to teach a DCI level, you really learn the DCI level. And that's a regular two-week course online. And I'll be honest, it's a tough course to finish in two weeks. If you take it, you might get divorced from your husband or wife.
Or you might get divorced from your boss at your job. But it's very fun to learn with teacher trainees from around the world. And this way you make friends and you can go teach in different countries together. I remember one of the graduates from Mexico. He met another graduate from Beijing.
And they invited him to come to Beijing to teach. And he invited another graduate from Mexico to come to Beijing to teach. Then of course the Mexican guy was a little bit nervous. I don't know if you remember, he got up and he said I feel like a Mexican teaching in China. And it's really fun.
So I encourage you, when you come to SCIN (?), you make a lot of friends from around the world. And then we have programs to encourage you to go teach together in different countries. September, three day weekend, in Shenzhen, China. When I first went to Shenzhen, I think Deng Xiaoping, I don't know, 30, 40 years ago, he said we should open China, other people should come see China. And he went to an empty land north of Hong Kong.
And he said let's build a new city. And they built Shenzhen. I think now it's 20 million people. But nobody grew up there because it wasn't there. And I love that city, I think it's a very exciting city.
I even looked at apartments there to buy an apartment. I even decided to buy an apartment there in Shenzhen. And they have Ji Coffee, which is the best coffee shop in the world. So, we'll be there in September. If I don't visit the kidney hospital, I will be there.
We will study the idea of innovator. How to make new things. ,GZHIN DE GZU BYAS GZHAN GYI, ,JES SU MA DANG BAR, ,JIG RTEN BSDUR, ,BSDUR RANG DBANG THUB BDAG BAR TSE BZHIN, ,BDAG BDAG BDAG BAR BYED PA, ,BYAMS PA NYID KYI LUNG BSTAN PA'I, ,BYANG SEMS PHAG PA, ,GZHIN DE GZU BYAS GZHAN GYI, (?) That's the definition of an innovator in the ancient book. And it's very revolutionary. And you can learn to make new things.
In fact, Anatole agreed to make a new lion's dance meditation and exercise program for Shenzhen. And Anatole agreed to make a special edition of the preface for all the people in Shenzhen. If you come to Shenzhen, Anatole will make a special edition of the preface for Shenzhen for you. And he will give it to you. Then Wang Xia told me, Mr.
Geshe, don't forget to mention AI. Then I said, Wang Xia, I don't understand AI at all. She said, no, no, Geshe-la, not artificial intelligence, ancient intelligence. It is true. I'm a grandpa.
But to call me ancient is too much. Okay, next line. I don't know. This is in October, November. Some people want to be DCI teacher, but they don't have time to take two-week course.
Our third vice president is called Seiji. By the way, we now have three VP and three vice presidents in DCI. There is Seiji Arao. There is also a Susan. There is a lady called Wang Xia.
Where is she? Where is she? Then they have the idea to extend the one-time course of SCIM (?) to one month. Then you can come to class on weekends. You won't be fired.
So, the topic of this session is how to really control your consciousness. So, it is actually about how to use your ancient wisdom in your work. These are some non-religious skills that can be applied in your work. The author of this ancient course is the same author who wrote the Diamond Sutra in Dunhuang that I showed you yesterday. Next slide.
Starting in November, I will start a DCI 16 aspects of direct perception of emptiness course. And that's a two-year series. We will emphasize how to use the understanding of emptiness in your business. Come to one or two of those that sounds good to you. And actually, it's a lot of fun.
I really enjoy those courses. Alright, let's go to the class. I'm going to start with the guy under the tree and there's a full moon. I think we should give the tech crew a hand. Except for Francisco and Brian and Gina, I never had anyone do the tech correctly.
Now, you can still have time to mess up. Bye. Thank you guys. So, I'm going to continue with some of the things that happened to me just before I saw emptiness. At this time, I had already left Princeton.
And took the 45-minute drive to another universe. And you have to appreciate my teacher was almost 60. Until he was 40, he never saw a car. And he never saw a bicycle. So, it was a very interesting relationship between us.
One day he's like, Mike, come to my room. I come and he take off his watch. He said, here. I said, what? He said, it's broken.
And I said, why you give it to me? You have to fix it. He's always doing stuff like that. You have to fix it. I said, Rinpoche, I'm sorry.
I don't know anything about watches. Look right here. He says, USA. Made in America. You're American.
From the audience: Yeah.
Geshe Michael Roach: He asked me to fix his car. It's made in America. I really tried. I tried very hard to fix it. And I broke it permanently.
Then he stopped asking me to fix America things. He stopped. But my Tibetan is not that good and his English is the same. Then he takes me in his room. Okay, you have to learn something.
If you want to see emptiness, there's something you have to learn. And I'm like, what's that? He said, CHI CHE DAG, CHI CHE DAG. This says, CHI CHE DAG, CHI CHE DAG. If you want to see emptiness, you must see CHI CHE DAG.
You must understand CHI CHE DAG. Then he talked about it for like two hours. We're alone in his room. At that time, his room is the little tiny room. And he's like ...
And I listened for two hours. Then I said, Rinpoche, honestly, I can say I didn't understand one sentence he said. He's teaching advanced logic in a foreign language that he doesn't know. And we did this for four or five days. Every afternoon, two, three hours.
Then I remember when he agreed to teach me, he said, look, I can teach you, but I cannot arrange a place for you to live. That's your problem. That's what he said to me the first day I met him. I can teach you. But don't expect me to find your place to live, and don't expect me to find you food, and that's your problem.
At the time I thought it was a good idea, but it was a little bit unfriendly. But when I became a teacher myself, I realized you don't have time or energy to find job for every student and find a house for them to stay. They want to live in your house. They want to live in your refrigerator. But he was very clear from the first day.
I can give you Dharma, but you have to work, you have to find your own place to stay, you have to find your own food. And actually Nancy Karen met him before I met him. I think she had similar experiences with him. So anyway, there was an old car repair garage with a broken roof that nobody wanted, and they just left it there. And it had a concrete floor, not much heating, and no toilet.
And there was a drunk Mongolian living in the back. And somebody said, you can live with him. Fifty dollars a month. Yeah, I said, okay. It was a short walk from Rinpoche's house.
He was funny. Old, old, drunk Mongolian. He would take magazines out of the garbage, not dirty magazines, like Life magazine, Sports Illustrated magazine. And he would cut the pictures of ladies out of the magazine, not dirty, they're all dressed, and then he would glue them on the garage. Hundreds of ladies on the wall.
And a very, very drunk Mongolian. And I sleep on the cement floor in a sleeping bag. Later, he went to get some more alcohol one day, and he walked out on Highway 9. He tried to run across this highway, big highway, and he got killed. So, like after five days of Chi Chedak, I'm walking home to my garage.
When I came out of the door of Rinpoche's house, and I said, I'm leaving tonight. This is crazy. I can't understand anything he's talking about. It's kind of a waste of time. I'm going to go back to Princeton, become a professor, wear a suit, get a pipe, I can live yendo, and can look like a wise man.
And I can live comfortably the rest of my life. When I stepped out of his house, I didn't intend to go back.
——— Slide 1 · A resolution under the tree ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: Then I remembered there was a tree, and I stopped under the tree. And the moon was shining through the branches. And I stopped there, and stood there. I'm going to figure this out. I'm going to figure out Chi Chedak.
I'll stay until I can figure out Chi Chedak. And I stayed. And I worked really hard to understand Chi Chedak. Then I wrote an essay in Tibetan about Chi Chedak. And I put it on the table, and I didn't tell him I wrote it.
And then he found it. He said, where did you copy this essay? And I said, is it correct? He said, it's beautiful. Beautiful.
I never told him. He thought I got it from some Jin. Do I still have it, Sugeng? No. I'm here.
Okay, next picture. Okay, next page. We have 12 translators. One is Adam Andrade. I chose him to translate Chi Chedak.
And the best teaching on Chi Chedak is in this book. It's 300 years ago. And it's a good explanation of Chi Chedak. So I translated it with one of our translators. And you can get the book from Lindsay's project.
It's here also. What was that project you were talking about? Oh, Good Night Book Club. Good Night Book Club and Jasmine. Yes.
Right? Created a new program. No, it's not that one. Yeah, it's that one. It's called The Breakfast Club.
Okay. And you can get Chi Chedak for breakfast. And Nick Lasha is going to teach it. He's on the airplane right now, back to his wife and his dog. But he will teach ...
How often? Once a month. He will teach subjects similar to Chi Chedak. And if you join the Good Night Book Club, we're not allowed to send books to China, mainly China. We have a policy that we always follow the law in every country where we go.
But you can join the Good Night Book Club, get special teaching about business. From Uncle Nick. Okay. So, you can get the QR code. You're welcome to join it.
I almost finished all my announcements. Okay. Next picture, you guys. We study Chi Chedak a lot in DCI. Level seven, I guess.
Yeah, in level seven. And it's a difficult subject. I show here a picture of a young man. He's dreaming about a car. Can I tell them about you?
Yeah, sure. People ask me, do Stanley and Xiaoping's parents support their working for grandpa? And Stanley's father never met me. They live in the country. He was not sure about Geshe Michael.
Then I was at Stanley's house. He called his father. Hey dad, now I earned enough money with DCI, I bought Baoma. Baoma means jewel horse or something. Yeah, jewel horse.
Precious horse. But it's a Chinese word for BMW. Then his dad said, Geshe Michael's a good man. So, he's dreaming about Baoma. And when you dream, in your mind there's an image of a car.
Young people dream about the things that they want. If the Buddha said, the whole world is created by your consciousness, especially in the third school of Buddhism, if everything is mind only, then what's the difference between a car in your dream and a car that you can drive? The answer is very important. So, on that day, after the night under the tree, I had a big, big breakthrough. I really understood the mental image of a car and a real car.
And they are not much different. And I'm not going to try to teach it today. But it's an idea that you have to make a resolution in your own heart. I will learn this thing. I will learn it.
I will crack this mystery. I'll give you a clue.
——— Slide 2 · Chi-jedrak: quality & characteristic ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: Generally speaking, chi che dak (?) in English means set theory. Like there's all the cups in the world. And that's a group. And if you think about it, it's an idea. When I say, in English, cups, it means all the cups in the universe.
It's kind of the idea of a cup. Then there's individual real cups. In English, we don't call this cup. And we don't call it cups. We call it a cup or the cup.
And I don't know if it's similar in Chinese. A little different, yeah. But it's one cup. You can drink tea from a cup. But you cannot drink tea from cups.
Cups is an idea of all the cups in the universe. A cup is a real cup. And you can break it on somebody's head. chi che dak chi is cups. che dak is a cup.
Okay Geshe-la, I understand. That's not so difficult. But there will come a time in your life when you realize that a cup is cups. The cup you drink the coffee from is the cup you see when you close your eyes. And you have to ...
you have to do all those other supporting things I mentioned to understand what I'm saying today. You have to have your finances in order. You have to have shamatha. You have to be able to meditate for an hour without ... I'll tell you how I knew when I had shamatha.
And I didn't know about ... I didn't know the word at that time. But I was finishing some homework, ruski ya zik homework, in the bibliothèque. In the library. And I was focusing on the homework.
And I was meditating every day, one hour, not less. I wanted to mention, when you meditate for one hour, my legs fall asleep. They always fall asleep. Maybe after half an hour or something. And it hurts for three or four minutes.
[Editorial note: "ruski ya zik" = "russkiy yazyk", Russian for "the Russian language" -- the Teacher studied Russian in his student years]
Geshe Michael Roach: It tingles. And it actually hurts. And if you want shamatha, you have to say it. And you have to shut up and stay still. And if you want shamatha, you have to say it.
And your legs will fall asleep. Then they won't feel anything. And to reach shamatha, in my opinion, you have to sit through that. So, it takes a little bit of guts. So, it takes a little bit of guts.
A little bit of ... what's it called? Courage. Or this kind of calm. You have to have this kind of calm.
My legs are tingling. Shut up. Be still. Now they're hurt. Shut up.
Now I can't feel anything. Perfect. Keep going. By the way, be careful when you stand up. I have a friend who broke his ankle this way.
Wake them up. Then I remember I was in the library. And I was working, focusing. Then suddenly, I realized I did not breathe for 10-20 minutes. A normal human being is 90 seconds.
A normal human being cannot breathe comfortably for 90 seconds. A trained Japanese pearl diver can stay under for 10 minutes. Looking for pearl. Without oxygen. But I didn't breathe for like 20 minutes or more.
Because I reached shamatha. Then I have many yoga friends in the yoga community. Geshe-la said, if you stop breathing, you can see kong xi. Then breath of fire. Then breath of fire.
If you go to a yoga studio in New York, you can see these scenes. It's not like that. That's not shamatha. That's just like future headache. By the way, it's a good practice to do breath of fire.
It's good for your respiration. But it's not important for shamatha. For shamatha, I'm talking about your breath just stops. And something important happened on that day for me. I would say it was two months before I went to stay with my teacher.
I was sitting in the library. I didn't breathe for 15-20 minutes. Then I realized what was happening. Then I asked myself, so do you need to breathe to live? Because I always thought that breath was keeping me alive.
Then now I have experience that I'm not breathing and I didn't die. It's a small proof that your life is coming from seeds and not from oxygen. So, if it happens to you, you can have two reactions. You can say, huh, I didn't breathe for 20-30 minutes. That's cool.
I wonder what's for lunch. Lunch is a meal. You just go on with your day. But if you're close to seeing emptiness, you will pause. And you will say, hmm, it's not oxygen keeping me alive.
Something else is keeping me alive. And you will come to karma. And you will start to understand how your seeds keep you alive. Studying chi che dang hard, which is really the good night book club. You will come closer and closer to have a breakthrough about cause and effect.
You can say dependent origination. Actually, millions of years of practice many lifetimes of learning, that wave building up to a complete understanding of yin go. I'm not talking emptiness. I'm talking cause and effect or dependent origination. When that wave breaks, and you really understand cause and effect, you will see emptiness directly within two hours.
Three hours. You will see emptiness directly within two hours. And there's nothing can stop you. Buddha cannot stop you. They can have a nuclear war.
They will miss your town. So, what does that feel like? And I'd like to tell you how it happened to me. Again, I cannot prove it to you. There's evidence that I'm not lying.
But it's still possible I'm lying. Number one, you know, there's one American Geshe. Out of 250 million Americans. One person in this world who translated all these books with my team. One stupid religion department graduate who built the largest diamond jewelry company in the world and sold it to Warren Buffett.
As a logician, those are not proof that I'm not lying. But they are suspicious. Something going on. I can say logically, you have to accept something weird is going on with this guy. So, this morning I'd like to tell you what it feels like to directly see cause and effect.
So, all those things have to be happening. You are driving old people to the store. I was taking care of my teacher's medical needs. I was cooking for him. I was driving for him.
I did all his laundry for, I don't know, 15 years. Why? We don't have a laundry machine. I have to go to the laundromat. You put coins in the machine and you sit and you wait.
And the laundry where I go plays rock and roll the whole time. My teacher don't allow rock and roll in the monastery. So, I'm very attentive about his laundry. Rinpoche, looks like your underwear needs some washing. Oh, thank you Mike.
No problem, you're my teacher. That's when I heard Stevie Ray Vaughan for the first time, I remember. If you don't know Stevie Ray Vaughan, just relax. Mike will appreciate. I thought there was Stevie Ray Vaughan's songs that I didn't know about.
They were playing Stevie Ray Vaughan in the laundromat and I'm like, there's songs I don't know about Stevie Ray Vaughan. He said, they were actually playing Stevie Ray Vaughan's songs, but I thought it was a song I didn't know about, a song by Jimi Hendrix. $100 for Mike Hoffman. Do you know which song Stevie Ray Vaughan covered? I'll give you a clue.
From the audience: Little Wings.
Geshe Michael Roach: Okay, anyway. How did I get into laundry? I don't know. I have to make his tea exactly the right way. And I think it's important that I was making his tea when I saw Cause and Effect.
I think there's a connection. I think there's a connection between the tea making and the cause and effect. Then I'm standing there in this tiny kitchen and
——— Slide 3 · Making tea: of course it was during service of the Teacher ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: I'm making tea for him. He's very picky about his tea and he drank about 15 cups of Tibetan tea every day. Sometimes I would recite sutras while I'm cooking, because that's the only time I have. Then I'm like, reciting, you know. And the tea is, I'm waiting for the water to boil.
And then suddenly something happened to me. And again, in English we say it's an ecology. Many, many things are contributing together. All the things I mentioned. And our goal together is, can you replicate it artificially?
Can you trigger, can you do all those small things and
——— Slide 4 · You can do the same ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: have the same experience? That's why we're here. Now, pay attention for 10 minutes. It's maybe the most important thing you ever heard. Except for Stevie Ray Vaughan playing Little Wing.
By the way, he doesn't sing, he just plays it. And he doesn't have the little xylophone thing. Okay, you understand. So anyway, I'm watching the tea, the water boil, and there's a pot. And it's a silver colored pot, just normal steel pot.
And it has a black handle. And then suddenly I realize I cannot be looking at a pot. Suddenly I'm very, very clear. My eye cannot see pot. Your eye can only see colors and shapes.
Your eye cannot decide what it's seeing. It cannot. Science says there's cells at the bottom of the pot. At the back of your eyeball. And they act like a mirror.
If you open your eyelids, and you look at a pot, just the color and the shape will come. Even science understands that. I see a silver circle. And I see a black line. Your eye cannot decide what is that thing.
Your eye does not have that ability. Your eye can only detect colors and shapes. At that moment, if you could talk to your eyeball, what do you see down there? We got a circle. Good boy, good boy.
What color is the circle? Silver. Anything else nearby? Yeah, yeah, we got a black. We got a black.
What shape is the black? Straight. What time is it? 7 a.m.
You're making tea for Rinpoche. The eye cannot decide what is that thing. Science says your eye communicates with your brain. Like the eye calls the brain. Hey brain, good morning.
We got some stuff out here. Then brain says, what do you got? We got a silver circle. You got any black lines out there? Let me check.
Oh yeah, we got black line also. Look at the clock. 7 o'clock. It's a pot. You're making tea for Rinpoche.
Science says that. Buddhism says in your mind a karma is opening. I don't use the word karma anymore. We are working on the five houses curriculum. The job I gave to people this week is clean out those old ACI courses from the old words.
Don't say karma. And honestly, when we teach in mainland China, we cannot teach religion. It's illegal. If you want to get grandpa kicked out of mainland China, you have to teach karma. If you want to make sure a billion people do not learn about emptiness, then take religion to China and teach it and get me in trouble.
I will be kicked out or I will be put in jail immediately. It's not legal. Please. Can you talk about silver circles and black lines? Yes.
Can you say karma? No. Can you say mental seed? Perfect. No problem.
No religion. You don't need religion. Any person can see emptiness. Every country's people can see. Because everyone can see a pot.
So anyway, in that special moment, you have a vision of a seed opening in your mind. And a pot picture is coming out. And the pot picture comes down to the silver circle and the black line. And it makes it look like a pot. My new word from two days ago, cascading, here's cascading poo-poo.
No, the last one. The one before that. Brian? No, you don't have a picture before that? That's a real poo-poo.
That's the boo-boo. The picture before this picture. I hope so. No, there's one between. Okay, I'll show you later.
Okay, I promise cascade by the afternoon. Anyway, that's weird. That's a weird karma. How about I email it to you right now? Hang on.
Brian? Oh, they found it. Okay, good. Because it's very ... I just thought it's a very good example.
It feels like that. Okay, it feels like ... And the Abhidharma says that there are 65 pictures coming out every second. Time slows down for new idiom and Arya to be. It means just about to become.
And you see the pictures coming out of the seeds, but you see them one by one. Time slows down, and you can see them coming out one by one. And it feels like your mind puts all those pictures together, and everything reminds me of next picture. Ice cream.
——— Slide 5 · Ice cream syrup to pot ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: Everything reminds me of ice cream. I don't know. Okay, each ball is one of those pictures. No, I should say, the balls are the silver color and the black color.
——— Slide 6 · A cascade of pots ———
[]
Geshe Michael Roach: And then the pot pictures cascade. I'm getting hungry. They cover the pieces like chocolate sauce. And the result is a pot on the stove. Everything you ever saw in your life and every person you ever met is coming this way.
Thousand dollars. There's a special word for a person who did not see this directly. How do you know I'm betting a lot of money? Rob is looking through all the offering envelopes. Okay, very short, very short, very short.
I don't want a discussion. I want the seeds. What's the word? Can you clarify the question? I'm about to clarify.
What's the word for a person who doesn't understand what I just explained? It's a synonym for a person who is not an Arya. It's a synonym for a person who is not an Arya. What do you call him? Soto (?).
Soto. Okay, what does it mean? What does it mean? You're good, you're good.
[Editorial note: this passage likely mixes a shout from the audience ("Soto. Soto.") with the Teacher's reply -- speech recognition did not separate the voices]
Geshe Michael Roach: Somebody help him. Somebody help him. You can split the money. A person who doesn't understand what I just said. Not realized being.
A person who doesn't realize what I just said. Baby. What does it mean? Baby. A person who doesn't realize what I just said.
Not seeing Anthony's baby (?). Just give him the money. Give him the money. Thank you, thank you. It means, if you believe the pot is coming this way, you are not an Arya.
Even you didn't understand cause and effect or cause and effect. Now, just $100 because I can't afford this kind of pot. My wife said, where did you go for two weeks? I think you went to Macau for gambling. There's another synonym.
Can you go back one slide? Yeah, that one. There's another synonym for the person who didn't see kongxing.
From the audience: Jipa.
Geshe Michael Roach: Jipa. Good. It means two-year-old. It means two-year-old. Okay, by the way, so honestly, I never had kids.
Children. My wife has two boys from a previous marriage. I never had children. But, now I have grandchildren. So, it's almost perfect arrangement.
Arrangement. I went from no kids to grandkids, and I didn't have all those 30 years of trouble. My favorite, don't tell their parents. My favorite, he has a nickname. To me, he looks just like Higua (?).
I'll show you a picture later. And, it's very interesting to be with him. To imagine how he sees the world. He just basically eat and poop. He's a Higua-shaped eating and pooping machine.
And his life seems very simple. He just cares about those two things. To imagine, like, explain to him chi che dak. Oh, you know, the car looks like it's outside, but it's really not outside, but there is an outside. He's like, I can see he's thinking, can you eat that?
Can you guess what he's thinking? Can you eat that? The perception of a person who did not see this thing, is exactly the same level as my Higua. The difference between an Arya and a Sultong or Chiba. It's the same as that.
If you ask my grandson to explain nuclear theory, he just can't. He's 30 years away from that. It's impossible. He can't even talk yet. He doesn't know dada yet.
Dada, mama, he doesn't know. That's the difference between an Arya and someone who's not an Arya. Okay, and I don't mean to praise myself. I mean, I could die in two years, and then no one can tell you this thing. That's my hope.
That's all. Okay, I'm not trying to become famous or something. It's too late. If I get famous, I won't be here to read it. If I get in the newspaper, I will be dead before the newspaper come out.
Okay, I'm trying to help you to see it. I believe if we work hard for two years, I believe you can do it. Okay? So, we have a class coming up. It's Tim Laurenhout's translation class.
It's all about Maitreya. Who is the next Buddha? I like to say he's closer than you think.
Host (bilingual): Thank you. Thank you, Geshe-la. Let's stay. Let's all wish our teacher have a long life. Say goodbye to friends online.
Bye-bye.
[Editorial note: the host also spoke the closing wishes in Chinese (not transcribed here)]
Host: Thank you, Geshe Michael Roach, for another inspiring and profound teachings, and thank you everyone for your presence and devotion. And we really hope that today's class give you a meaningful insight of teacher, right? So you can reflect on and apply in your daily life. And let's take a moment for yourself to dedicate all the good seeds to every beings. And we will now take 30 minutes break, and we invite you to stretch, rest, and return our next Xuanzang class.
And one important notice that we will close the Zoom to operate the new one. So thank you, everyone. Please come back later after 30 minutes, and we are looking to see you again. Thank you.
